BD9 Battery Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

BD9 Battery (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting platform. This Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") apply between BD9 Battery and its registered members ("Users").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using this platform in any way, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted all of these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the date above will be revised accordingly. BD9 Battery will notify you of changes via your registered email; however, continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account and use betting services on BD9 Battery, the following conditions must be met:

• The minimum age to register is 18 years years of age. Government-issued ID may be requested for age verification.
• Each individual may only one account open. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be terminated.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
• Never share your account password or login details with anyone. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or any third party is strictly prohibited.
• BD9 Battery reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason.

Your registered email address and phone number are your primary contact details on file. To update either, please reach out to customer support and complete identity verification.

All bets placed on BD9 Battery are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed — unless BD9 Battery cancels them under exceptional circumstances. Please review the odds, market, and stake carefully before placing any bet.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳50, and the maximum is determined by the relevant market.
• Odds Changes: Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply — even if the odds change afterwards.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, stakes for the affected bets will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds may change during in-play betting due to technical delays. In such cases, BD9 Battery's decision is final.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BD9 Battery reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Match Fixing: Bets linked to match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity will be void immediately.

BD9 Battery accepts and processes payments in Bangladesh via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum daily deposit: Varies by account level
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 1–24 hours
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, BD9 Battery may request additional verification and temporarily place a hold on payments.

BD9 Battery offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, detailed on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus is only valid within its specified time period.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Once you have placed the required amount in wagers using your bonus balance (wagering requirement), the bonus funds are converted into real money.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, or claiming bonuses across several accounts belonging to members of the same household, is strictly prohibited.
• BD9 Battery reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without notice.
• Any breach of bonus terms will result in the cancellation of the bonus and all winnings derived from it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BD9 Battery:

• Registering with false or misleading identity information.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or hack the platform's systems.

BD9 Battery reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Where there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to submit KYC verification documents, or submission of fraudulent documents.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded — however, any active bets or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

• Lost bets or missed opportunities due to internet disconnection.
• Any loss arising from technical issues on the part of third-party services.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
• Financial losses resulting from betting.

If your issue cannot be resolved through our support team, you may use our formal complaints process. All complaints are reviewed in writing by BD9 Battery and responded to within 7 business days.
